Adrienne Reid is joining Incommunities (formerly BCHT) on 8 September as its new Assistant Chief Executive for Neighbourhood Services.
Adrienne moves from the 1066 Housing Association based in Hastings – part of the AmicusHorizon Group – where she has been the Chief Executive since 2005.
She joins Incommunities at an exciting time following a major governance restructure and rebranding. As well as investing in high quality homes in which people want to live, creating a more customer focused organisation and becoming more proactive in social investment opportunities are key priorities.
Incommunities owns and manages 22,000 homes across the district and is the biggest Registered Social Landlord in the area.
Geraldine Howley, Group Chief Executive for Incommunities said: “Adrienne is joining a strong and growing housing group which is committed to business development and putting customers and communities at the heart of everything we do.
“Adrienne’s extensive experience and strong track record in housing and neighbourhood services will, I know, be a great asset to our executive management team and the organisation as a whole. She will play a key role in developing our high quality customer services within our local communities.
