Incommunities staff asked their customers for their feedback on how future investment on home improvements and repair and maintenance work should be spent and on the environmental work that is most important to them from tackling fly-tipping to creating more planted areas on estates.

A repair team attended each event to log any repair reports from tenants and to arrange appointments to carry out the work.
Teams from estateservices took part to carry out bulk rubbish collections to coincide with the local roadshows.
There were fun activities for children at each event including giant outdoor games, face painting and competitions.

All the feedback from the consultation roadshows will be used to help decide Incommunities future priorities and planning.
