Incommunities (formerly BCHT) is inviting local people interested in shared ownership to look around a smart new three-bedroom house at Saffron Drive in Allerton – one of three remaining family-sized homes being offered for sale.

 

The house is open for viewing on Saturday 28th June between 9am and 1pm.

 

The homes are part of a new development for Incommunities at Saffron Drive which includes six shared ownership properties. Three of these have already been snapped up by eager buyers.
