my Incommunities

My Incommunities allows you to view and update details about your tenancy, you can view your rent statements, feedback information to your housing officer and much more.

If you already have a my Incommunities user id and password you can use the 'login to my Incommunities' link below.

If you do not have a user id you must register by clicking the 'register for my Incommunities' link below.

If you have been issued with a user id and password but have forgotten your password please click the 'reset a forgotten password' link below

To register for my Incommunities you will need your rent reference which can be found on your rent statement or tenancy card and starts with 85. You will also need to confirm your address and a few personal details.

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. My Incommunities is accessed through a secure web link that will stop anyone else seeing your details while you are on line. You will first have to register on line for a unique user identification name and password that only you know.
