We offer a range of Human Resources (hr) services that may be of interest to you or your business in particular on the training side we can offer training places on customer care, equality and diversity and health and safety courses.
Our hr team can support your organisation in four main areas:
- health and safety team: we undertake a wide variety of health and safety functions for the whole of the Incommunities Group. The team consists of two health and safety professionals, who are both Chartered Members of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. A main purpose of the team is to support our boards and colleagues in providing a safe and healthy working environment for our staff, our customers, our visitors and our contractors
- hr consultancy service: we provide advice, support and guidance to senior management, managers and employees within a legal and procedural framework to promote equality and fairness in the workplace which reflects Incommunities vision of Improving lives Incommunities
- learning and development service: we provide learning opportunities, information sessions, on the job training and advice to meet the needs of the organisation, its’ services, teams and employees. This could be anything from corporate events, new job processes, induction courses, conference co-ordination, volunteering leadership and management development and information sessions
- recruitment service: we can assist you in finding true talent to shape your business and our experienced hr team will help you find it.
