If you think that you may need any adaptations made to your home, you will first need to have our Occupational Therapist carry out an assessment of your needs.

Our Occupational Therapist (OT) service can be contacted on 01274 435252.

On receiving recommendations from the OT, we will then consider installing items such as shower trays, stair lifts etc.
