Please note that from 1st September 2008 you will need to register as a My Incommunities user in order to report repairs through our website. This will allow us to deal with your enquiries more efficiently. 

In September 2007 we launched our new Appointments Service for repairs. If you make a repair request we will be able to offer you an AM or PM appointment on the day of your choice (Monday to Friday, subject to availability) for most day to day repairs.
