Please note that from 1st September 2008 you will need to register as a My Incommunities user in order to report repairs through our website. This will allow us to deal with your enquiries more efficiently. 

We are committed to providing a high quality 24 hour responsive service.  If you make a repair request we will offer you an appointment for all internal works to your home; these can be to your convenience between the following times;

8:00am - 1:00pm ( morning )
12 noon - 6:00pm ( afternoon )
9:30am - 2:30pm ( school run )
8:00 - 4:30pm ( all-day )

In addition there are a limited number of appointments available until 6pm
