Incommunities as an employer: investor in people

At our mid-term Investor in People (IIP) review , carried out in 2008/09 our IIP assessor gave us a very positive summary of our progress.

In April 2004 we were awarded the prestigious IIP Award accreditation as an IIP accredited organisation.  Incommunities places a high priority on its employees to learn and attain valuable and relevant work qualifications.
