Budding entrepreneurs and growing businesses will be able to call on key advice and support at a free event being held in the city next month.

The drop-in business event takes place on Monday (6th June) at the Midland Hotel, Forster Square in Bradford between 4pm – 7pm.

It is being hosted by Enterprising Bradford – part of the Incommunities’ open field service – working in partnership with the social enterprise UrbanBiz.

Teams of multi skilled business advisers from the host organisations, Bradford Chamber of Commerce and the GRID* business centres will be on hand to give specialist advice.

This will cover starting up in business, accessing new markets, growing your business, the latest commercial and recruitment legislation and more. Over 20 trade exhibitors are also set to attend.

Steve Short, Director of Incommunities’ open field employment service said: “This free showcase event is targeted at existing business – small and large – and people looking to start up their own enterprise.

“It will provide an unrivalled opportunity to find out more about the latest information and services on offer to them, all under one roof and within an informal setting.

“This event is the latest initiative from our Enterprising Bradford team designed to help local businesses thrive, expand their market place and reach new ones.”

The event is being funded through the European Regional Development Fund.
