We currently own and manage around 1,000 leasehold properties within the Bradford District. If you are an existing leasehold customer we can answer any questions you may have and provide information and advice on your leasehold conditions, your responsibilities and rights as a leaseholder and our rights and responsibilities as your landlord.

The group represents the interests of our leasehold customers (and homeowners) and is a recognised tenant association.
Members of the group regularly meet with Andrew Serbert, our Leasehold & Commercial Property Manager, to discuss and resolve issues affecting you as a leaseholder.
If you are interested in learning more or want to get involved then come along to one of the group meetings.
The group meets every Thursday between 10am and 12pm and is based at:
