    Wycliffe Gardens

    The project is made up of traditional properties consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedroom flats and maisonettes.

    Internal works as required including new kitchens, bathrooms, rewires and heating systems.

    This project commenced on the 12th September 2011, comprising full refurbishments to 82 properties.  The scheme is scheduled to finish  by April 2012.

    Rosebery

    The project is made up of traditional properties consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedroom flats, bedsits and maisonettes.

    Internal works as required including new kitchens, bathrooms, rewires and heating systems.

    This project commenced on the 18th August 2011, comprising full refurbishments to 122 properties and is scheduled for completion in June 2012.

    Girlington

    Four Lane Ends project is made up of traditional properties consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedroom flats and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.

    Internal works as required including new kitchens, bathrooms, rewires and heating systems.

    The first property commenced on the 4th April 2011, and the scheme comprises full refurbishments to 99 properties. The scheduled completion date is December 2011.

    Girlington is made up of traditional properties consisting of 1 and bedroom flats and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.

    Internal works as required including new kitchens, bathrooms, rewires and heating systems.

    Girlington commenced on the 26th September 2011, and the scheme comprises full refurbishment to 68 properties.  The scheduled completion date is March 2012.
