    • Trustcare is a 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year monitoring and response service.
    • it enables customers to maintain their independence, feel secure and live safely in their own homes.
    • all our customers and their families enjoy the reassurance and peace of mind of knowing that in an emergency help is only a call away.
    • Trustcare provides a range of daily support to customers living in sheltered and linked housing.
    • we also provide the service to approximately 1,500 Careline customers living in their own homes.
    • around 6,000 properties have an alarm call system connected to the Trustcare 24-hour monitoring centre.
