Incommunities was established in February 2003*. We provide affordable, high quality homes, principally for rent in neighbourhoods across the Bradford District. We currently manage around 21,300 homes and have almost 1,000 leasehold properties.
* up until June 2008, Incommunities was known as Bradford Community Housing Trust.
