There are a number of ways we can help – we can agree a payment plan with you, help you look into any benefits you may be entitled to or put you in touch with local organisations who can give you free financial advice.

What happens when your rent falls into arrears? As soon as your account falls into arrears we will contact you to find out why and try to help. However, we do have a range of options open to us for anyone continuously failing to pay their rent. These include taking arrears direct from benefit payments or even taking the matter to court.
