Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is by far the easiest way of ensuring your rent is paid on time. The money goes in straight away and there is no danger you will forget to pay. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly on a day that suits you. You will have peace of mind knowing your rent is always paid on time. It’s easy – just call the Income Team on tel: 01274 254777. Alternatively you can obtain a Direct Debit application form from your local Incommunities office

internet payments

Can be made by logging onto www.incommunities.co.uk where you will be redirected to the Santander Billpay website. You will be asked to quote a reference number. This is your tenancy reference number beginning 85 on your rent payment card or rent statement

by phone

Please contact the Income Team on tel: 01274 254777 to pay by debit card during office hours.

telebanking

You can pay your rent over the phone directly from your bank account if your bank offers a telebanking service. You will need to provide your bank with your tenancy reference number from your rent payment card and Incommunities bank details which are: Barclays Bank PLC, Account Number 80498890, Sort Code 20-11-88

BillPay website

The BillPay website allows customers to make online bill payments. If you hold a debit card from any UK bank you can now pay your bills via the Internet free of charge. The BillPay website is at www.santanderbillpayment.co.uk
