a new repairs approach
We have introduced a new way of dealing with repairs which puts the customer first in every way.
It is based on carrying out home repairs first time and at a time convenient to you.
This new approach has so far gone live across 11,000 homes in the East, South and West Bradford areas. It follows feedback from customers, the Customer Repairs Panel and also a review of our repairs process.
To request a repair you still use the same Repairs Hotline number (tel: 01274 257003), internet link by clicking here or the freephone facility in our local offices. You will then be asked when is the best time for us to make your repair visit.
As well as doing the repair you want we will strive to carry out any other repairs that you think are needed to your home. This may involve another trade operative attending.
Incommunities Assistant Chief Executive, Jez Lester, who has overall responsibility for our repairs service said: “This new approach is focused on meeting the customers needs and getting repairs right first time without any delays.
“All the feedback we are getting shows customers agree this a big improvement on the way we deal with repairs. We will be rolling out the new repairs service to the rest of the District soon”
