Working to provide great homes in great neighbourhoods, we manage more than 22,600 homes across Yorkshire – predominately in the Bradford district – and are proud to collaborate with our customers, communities, local and national stakeholders to achieve this.

Our priorities and two year plan

We have redefined our strategic priories to ensure everything and everyone at Incommunities is aligned to our core business goals. To deliver these priorities our new two year plan starts with getting back to basics and ensuring permanent change is built on strong foundations.
