About our Apprenticeships
We run a high quality apprenticeship programme which is widely recognised in the housing sector.
Our programmes are open to anyone who is keen to build a rewarding and exciting housing career - from school leavers and job seekers to anyone wanting a fresh challenge or looking to return to work after a career break.
We are committed to recruiting from across our diverse communities and have had great success in attracting more women onto our apprenticeship programme.
How apprenticeships work
All our apprentices receive a combination of site-based training, working alongside experienced trade professionals, and college based learning (usually day release).
Every apprentice works towards a professional NVQ level qualification in their particular field.
Track record
Over 95% of recruits to the programme have successfully completed their professional training and many progressing to build rewarding careers with us.
