Where are we?

Northdean House is set in pleasant well maintained private grounds in a residential area of West Bradford within easy walking distance of a post office, shops, chemist and Co-operative supermarket.

A medical practice is located on nearby Haworth Road. Residents can take a free weekly access bus from outside Northdean House to Asda in Shipley and a nearby Morrison store. On Haworth Road regular bus services operate into the city centre and Bingley town centre. Bradford Royal Infirmary and places of worship of different faiths are also close by.

Living space

At Northdean House we have 32 self-contained one bedroom apartments on two floors with lift access. There are further access platforms to some of the flats.

All homes have fitted bathrooms with shower, kitchen and lounge.

The building’s main entrance is electronically operated by fobs and entry is also controlled by intercoms in every residents’ home to provide extra security.

There is a Retirement Housing Officer available Monday to Friday who is happy to assist residents with any issues including help to settle into your new home and deal with utility services.

All our schemes are linked to the 24/7 Trustcare mobile response service giving residents and their families the reassurance that assistance is just a call away.
