There are some things that you’ll need to fix at home and some things we will fix for you. Before getting in touch with us to report a repair, have a look at the full list to check it is something that we will fix.
We’ve split repairs into 3 groups so that we can fix the most urgent things first. The 3 repair groups are; emergency, routine and planned and when you report a repair to us, we’ll let you know which type of repair it is. You’ll find more information about the groups and the timings on the next page.
