We want your community to be a great place to live. We’ll work with you to make sure your neighbourhoods are a place where you’re proud to live.

In this section of the website, you can find out how to have your say about the things that matter to you in your home and community. There’s information about our commitment to you, and you can see how we’re performing – plus lots more.

  1. Customer Voice

    Customers like you are at the heart of Incommunities. Without you, we wouldn't exist. That's why we want you to get involved, tell us what you think of our services and share your thoughts on the community where you live.​
  2. Community Hubs

    To help you get in touch with us much easier, we've set up local community hubs where you can speak to our colleagues, access our services, report repairs and get advice.
  3. Days of action

    Get involved and take action to help clean up your local community. Employees from across all departments will work with local people to come together and clean up our communities.
  4. Funding In-Communities

    Funding In-Communities awards community groups with a much-needed injection of funds to support their good work. It's open to any voluntary community group that directly benefits Incommunities customers.

    Welcome to Your Incommunities Update. Each issue includes our latest news, important home safety and service updates, as well as ways you can get involved in shaping our work.

    We want to treat all our customers fairly and provide a good quality service and we’re committed to getting it right first time.
  7. The Big Conversation

    On the 9th of July, we held our very first Big Conversation door-knock. We visited seven areas of the Bradford district: Bankfoot, Fagley, Greengates, Great Horton, Holmewood, Keighley, Ravenscliffe.

    We're starting three new customer Equity Networks - safe, welcoming spaces where you can share your experiences and help improve services.

    Sustainability is a concept that touches on many different aspects of our daily lives. The three main strands of sustainability consist of social, economic and environmental aspects.
