Report Anti-Social Behaviour

Everyone should feel comfortable and secure in their home. However, sadly there are incidents and behaviours which can sometimes cause worry and make people feel unsettled.

We want you to tell us if this happens.

  • Over the telephone – 0330 175 9540. The out-of-hours number for reporting ASB is 01274 254404
  • In person, at our offices
  • In person, to a Neighbourhood Housing Officer

If you're reporting an emergency, please call the Police on 999. If it's not an emergency, but you'd still like to report it to the Police, call 101.

If you would like to report a crime anonymously you can contact Crimestoppers https://crimestoppers-uk.org/

If you feel safe to do so, we expect you to speak with your neighbour before reporting low-level incidents of anti-social behaviour (ASB) to us, such as noise, as they may not realise the effect they are having on others.

ASB is often about recurring incidents, so it can be helpful to take notes each time they happen. You can read more about this in the good neighbour guide

The free Noise App is an easy way to record and report noise incidents.
The app is available for iOS and Android phones and tablets and we can use these recordings as evidence
