Neighbourhood Officers are based at the Kirklees Hub on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 3.00pm.

Christmas Opening Times

The hub will be closed from Thursday, 25th December and will reopen on Tuesday, 30th December 2025.

What

As well as Neighbourhood Housing Officers being on hand to help answer any questions that you may have, the Money Matters team also hold drop-in sessions where they can provide confidential support and information for anyone who is struggling to make ends meet at the minute.

There is immediate help available at the hub for any customers who are in crisis.
