Practical support on offer to help customers keep warm this winter.

The support is only available to those customers who are in fuel poverty and need some extra help to get by this winter. 

It includes the distribution of a limited number of 'warm packs', containing items such as a hot water bottle, blanket, hat, scarf and gloves.
