- Flexible working approach

- 24 days annual leave for new starters
We have an excellent holiday allowance offered to all new starters which increases the longer you work with us. All employees are entitled to 24 days of annual leave (pro rata for part-time employees) in addition to bank holidays. Holidays increase in increments after 2 years – every year to a maximum of 29 days.

- Healthcare plan
Our Simplyhealth plan offers help towards everyday healthcare costs.
