
We want to hear from you about how we can make our repairs service better. Your feedback tells us what we do well and what we need to fix.
After every repair, we’ll ask you to complete a short survey about your repairs experience with us. The survey will be sent to you via text, at 7pm on the day of the repair. The text will come the number 07984 395 286 and there will be 5 questions in the survey. It should only take you 2 minutes to complete.
In the survey you can also say why you gave us your score. Whether you’re happy with the service, or not you can always tell us what’s working and not working for you. This will help us to change things to make things better for you.
The responses you provide are anonymous and we will never ask you for any personal details.
We’ll share the results on our website and in the customer magazine, letting you know what changes we’ve made based on your feedback. If there’s something we can’t change, we’ll explain why.
