There are lots of ways to pay your rent, it’s about choosing the option that’s most suitable for you.

Direct Debit Logo Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest way of making sure your rent is paid on time. The money goes in straight away and there is no danger you will forget to pay. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly on a day that suits you. It’s easy to set up – just call the Income Team on 0330 175 9540

Making payments online is quick and simple. To make online payments using the button below, you will need your tenancy reference number which can be found on your rent statement or tenancy agreement. As well as rent, you can pay leasehold charges, sales invoices and your concessionary TV licence online.

You can pay your rent and make other payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the phone. Please have your debit/credit card and payment reference number to hand. 

Call 0330 175 9540 to pay using our automated payment line. You can also ring this number and speak to an advisor to make a payment. Our customer services team are available between 07:30am and 8pm.

You can pay your rent over the phone directly from your bank account, if your bank offers a telebanking service. You will need to provide your bank with your tenancy reference number from your rent payment card and Incommunities' bank details which are:

You can pay your rent at any Post Office or Payzone outlet anywhere in the country but be sure to take your rent payment card with you. This service is free of charge. 

If you live in Kirklees, Leeds, Rotherham, Wakefield or Sheffield and use an Allpay rent payment swipe card, you can use this card at any Post Office or shop offering the PayPoint facility. You can also make payments online at Allpay or using the Allpay app.

A standing order is similar to a Direct Debit, but is set up by yourself via your bank. You can download and fill in a standing order form to take to your bank. 

You will need to know your tenancy reference number, the amount and frequency of payments you wish to make, as well as Incommunities' bank details:

Remember, if you are not paying rent weekly you need to make arrangements to pay upfront.
