  • We have introduced an EDI course as standard for all our colleagues.

  • We're building relationships with local charities, organisations and other housing associations.

  • We're making improvements to our customer data to reduce gaps in our knowledge.

  • We have a recruitment strategy which focuses on recruiting
    diverse talent.

  • Through building relationships and improving our customer data, we will gain a better understanding of the community we serve and can meet our customers' needs.

  • By improving the learning and development of our colleagues, we will deliver a more inclusive service to our customers.
