Southfield House is located in the pretty village of Addingham in Wharfedale, with uninterrupted views of Ilkley Moor and Beamsley Beacon.

This popular development is surrounded by attractive landscaped grounds and well-tended flower beds and displays. Southfield House is close to Skipton, Ilkley, Keighley, Silsden town centres as well as historic Bolton Abbey in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Addingham includes village shops, several pubs serving meals and an attractive cricket ground and bowling green. There is a very good bus service from the village to Airedale NHS hospital and Silsden which picks up from outside Southfield House.

Residents can also hop on a weekly bus to Ilkley and Booths supermarket and its coffee shop. The town offers a range of other attractions including a lido and indoor pool, prestigious tennis club, golf and cricket clubs, pitch and putt and choice of supermarkets. In summer the town’s Riverside Gardens are a must for a stroll. A more strenuous option is a hike on Ilkley Moor.

Living space

At Southfield House we have attractive purpose built accommodation consisting of 18 one bedroom apartments and eight studio style living over two floors.

There is a Retirement Housing Officer available Monday to Friday who is happy to assist residents with any issues including help to settle into your new home and deal with utility services.

Residents have their own fobs to operate the main entrances. Door entry is also controlled by intercoms in every residents’ home to provide extra security.

All our schemes are linked to the 24/7 Trustcare mobile response service giving residents and their families the reassurance that assistance is just a call away.
