Wellesley House is located on the outskirts of Bradford city centre in well-kept secure grounds and is a short walk from local services.
It is convenient for supermarkets, hairdressers, cafés and local post offices. There are medical and dental practices, pharmacists and opticians on the local bus route. There are excellent bus connections just three minutes' walk away serving the city centre and Leeds.
Living space
At Wellesley House we have a mix of one bedroom apartments and studio style homes. All the homes are fitted with modern kitchens, bathrooms with showers and separate lounge.
There is a Retirement Housing Officer available Monday to Friday who is happy to assist residents with any issues including help to settle into your new home and deal with utility services.
Residents have their own fobs to operate the main entrances. Door entry is also controlled by intercoms in every residents' home to provide extra security.
All our schemes have 24/7 emergency alarms monitored by Tunstall giving residents and their families reassurance that assistance is just a call away.
