Your neighbourhood and tenancy

When you first move into your home – we will

  • Visit to ensure you’re settling in well, and help with any questions about paying your rent.

If you report anti-social behaviour – we will

  • Respond to urgent anti-social behaviour and domestic abuse within 1 working day and agree the next steps with you.  
  • Respond to all other types of anti-social behaviour within  5 working days.

In your neighbourhood – we will

  • Do estate inspections every 3 months and invite you to join us so you can tell us your views.
  • Provide a chance for you to get involved in any Community Safety Partnerships that exist in your area.
  • Make sure you know who your neighbourhood housing officer is and how to contact them.
  • Create neighbourhood plans to highlight the priorities we’ll work on with our partners. 

Anti Social Behaviour

Grounds maintenance and cleaning – we will

  • Clean communal areas in high-rise and low-rise blocks, and retirement living schemes on a weekly basis.
  • Cut the grass in communal green spaces every 2 weeks during April – October.
  • Remove small or single items of fly-tipping on our land within 7 days of receiving a report.  
  • Do a weekly clean of our play areas and report, or make safe, equipment in need of repair.
