Ending your tenancy

We're sorry to hear that you want to leave us. You'll need to let us know that your leaving at least 4 weeks before you plan to move out. You can do this in one of the following ways. 

• Completing this form
  
• Speaking to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer
• Call us on, 0330 175 9540
• Or in writing, to Incommunities, The Quays, Victoria Street, Shipley, BD17 7BN

By completing and submitting the form you're accepting you have read and agree to these requirements:

• Vacate your home and return all keys no later than the date you've agreed with us.
  
  
• Not leave any debt behind on your meters or bills 
  
  
• If you can't leave the property by the termination date specified, you must let us know immediately.
  
  
• Remove all your belongings from the property and garden before you leave.
  
  
• Ending your tenancy with Incommunities may affect your banding award from the local authority in future applications for re-housing.
