Neighbourhood plans
We're asking for your views to help improve your neighbourhood.
Throughout spring and summer, we'll be out in your community, knocking on doors and visiting community hubs.
We want to speak with you about what matters most in your neighbourhood and how we can work together with local organisations to make things better.
We'll be visiting every area where our customers live, from Settle, across all areas of Bradford, down to Rotherham.

Every customer who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw where you could win a £30 voucher!

Why this matters
What you tell us will help us decide how we spend our time and money on the things that matter most in your neighbourhood.
Last year, we carried out a smaller survey in five areas of Bradford. This time, we want to hear from all our customers so we can focus our time and resources where they're needed most.
What we'll ask you
The survey builds on what we learnt from last years surveys, but this year we're asking all customers. This time, we'll look more closely at:
- antisocial behaviour
- improvements to your neighbourhood
- how connected you feel to your neighbourhood
- how connected you feel to your neighbourhood team
What we'll do with your feedback
We'll use what you tell us to focus on local priorities, just as we did after last year's surveys in the 5 areas. Your feedback will help us make sure the changes we make reflect what matters most to you.
