We're nearly finished checking the condition of all the homes we provide. This survey helps us plan big maintenance jobs to keep your home warm, safe and comfortable. It covers things like roofs, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems.

  • Improved post-survey customer communication
  • Improved the percentage of jobs completed within 28 days

Damp and Mould complaints have reduced by the biggest number of any of our complaint themes

New and empty homes

New and empty homes

When someone moves into one of our homes, it's now painted and carpeted throughout. This is a big investment in both our homes and our customers' comfort.

New tenants also receive a starter pack with cleaning products, toilet roll, a small toolkit for simple repairs, and other essentials to help them settle in.

At Sandale Walk & Waverton Green we completed external render and insulation work on 16 bungalows, all designated older persons' accommodation. This targeted upgrade was part of our wider
retrofit programme, aimed at improving energy efficiency and comfort for those most in need.
