At Incommunities, we know our customers are best placed to tell us where we can improve services and what works well.
Our latest status survey takes around 5 minutes. Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win up to £200 in vouchers. One £200 prize in vouchers is available, three £100 vouchers and ten £50 vouchers are also up for grabs.
Your feedback matters and help us improve. We will publish a summary of the survey results online, along with a plan on how we will respond to the findings.

Alternatively, you can complete the survey when you call our customer contact centre. We will also be sending text messages and emails to customers with the survey link.
The survey will be open from 8th April – 2nd May and is available to all customers – we look forward to hearing from you!
