Your responsibilities & your voice and influence

Your voice and infulenceWe have to work together to keep your home and community in good shape. As part of this partnership, some of your responsibilities are;

  • Speak to Incommunities employees with respect and behave appropriately.  
  • Treat your neighbours and other people in your neighbourhood with respect and courtesy.
  • Pay your rent on time and speak to us quickly if you think you may not be able to.
  • Report repairs to us in good time and provide access so we can keep your home in good condition.
  • Some repairs will be our responsibility, but we expect you to carry out some minor repairs and the internal decoration of your home.
  • Don’t cause any damage to your home, as you will be asked to pay for it.

Your Voice and Influence

Having your voice heard – We will gather your feedback on a regular basis through lots of different channels, including:

  • Phone and text message  
  • Group discussions with other customers
  • Social media.

This feedback is used to improve services, and we will keep you informed about the improvements we have made.

How you can hold us to account and information –  we will provide;

  • Our Customer Voice Strategy is available to read on our website.  
  • Our Customer Experience Committee will make sure we act on your feedback.
  • Our Scrutiny Panels carry out in-depth reviews on issues raised by you about our services.  
  • Published information about how we are performing against our service standards, satisfaction measures and any improvements we are making.
